What if I'm unhappy with the service?

We offer 100% money back if you're dissatisfied. All you have to do is contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

Is recurring billing possible?

Yes, we will automatically bill you on the same day of the month that you first purchased your plan, or the last day of every month if that isn't possible.

Will my monthly price ever change?

We will always "grandfather" existing customers into their current plan, even if we remove or otherwise change their plan. This means you'll never lose features or pay more for what you already get.

Can I automatically increase my compute time as developers use it?

We charge $5 per 10 hours of compute time if you request it. We'll email you when you get close to your usage limit.

Are there any discounts or bonuses?

Educators, students, and open source projects are eligible for our Startup plan for free if they provide a testimonial.

Do you offer phone support?

We offer phone support for our enterprise customers as part of our SLA. We do not offer phone support in other circumstances.
